FSA Retail Conduct Risk Outlook 2012

Many of you will have come across this by now: quite a useful document which sets out the FSA’s thoughts on what issues the industry faces in 2012 that pose a risk to the industry or the customer.

We would recommend that all brokers attend these events wherever possible. Not only does it give you the opportunity to put your point of view directly to the regulator, but it does show a willingness to engage with the regulator and this does get noticed.
